As a certified life coach, Ordained Minister and Chaplain I have completed extensive training in areas such as psychology, trauma, CBT, Healing, goal setting, and communication. I am also committed to ongoing professional development. To further my education.

I am not standing here today by chance — I am a living, breathing product of prayer. My life is proof that whispered prayers in the midnight hour, desperate cries no one else could hear, and quiet faith that refused to die… worked.

I’ve walked through trauma that tried to silence me.
I’ve endured physical and mental wounds that tried to break me.
I’ve stood at death’s door — not by accident, but at the hands of those who vowed to love me.

But prayer covered me.

Prayer became my shield when my strength was gone. It was the silent force that carried me when my mind and body couldn’t fight. It was the unseen hand that reached into the deepest pits of pain and lifted me toward healing — emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
